By creating an account, subscribing, or using any services offered on our platform, you accept and agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies mentioned herein.
I ❤️ TENDER COCONUT is an online marketplace connecting subscribers with local farm-groves and local franchises to deliver fresh green tender coconuts. Coconuts are natural products, and slight differences in water volume, sweetness, or shell shape are natural. We do not pasteurize or add preservatives.
Subscriptions are configured as Daily or Alternate calendar frequencies. Active subscriptions are delivered to the address and map coordinates provided. To pause, modify, or add vacation dates, updates must be submitted via the customer portal before 8:00 PM on the day preceding delivery.
Subscriptions are billed in advance based on the selected quantity and calendar frequency. We use Razorpay to process all transactions securely. You agree to maintain active payment methods for automated renewals where selected. Unpaid orders will be paused automatically.
You can cancel active subscriptions at any time via the portal. Refunds for unused pre-paid quantities are subject to reconciliation by the local franchise hub. Refunds are processed back to the original source payment method.
Coconuts must be stored in a cool place (refrigerated where possible once opened). I ❤️ TENDER COCONUT is not liable for spoilage arising from incorrect storage or delayed retrievals from doorways after delivery driver drop-offs.
